Thank you to all those who attended the recent Information Evening. We hope you found it useful. For those who were unable to attend we have a recording of the talk below along with the resources provided on the night. A reminder that End of Year Mocks will begin on Monday 30 June and end on Wednesday 9 July. End of Year reports will be sent out shortly after the mocks with your child’s latest progress grades, and their mock results where applicable.

We are also looking ahead to the Work Experience Week on 14-18 July, after which students will leave for the Summer break. If students are yet to secure a work experience placement, or have not provided the details to the school, please reach out to Tracey Maker (tmaker@aclandburghley.camden.sch.uk).

As we approach Y11, students will also be thinking about the relevant post-16 pathways. As mentioned on the evening, Glen Thomson (gthomson@aclandbrughley.camden.sch.uk) leads on this and will be reaching out to students when return we after Summer. If you think your child would benefit from having this conversation sooner rather than later, please do reach out to him over the next few weeks in order to get something in the diary.

This page will continue to be updated with all the relevant information for Y10, as well as key messages being shared via the Families Bulletin. As always, form tutors continue to be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries and issues that may arise so please reach out to them if you have any questions or would like to discuss your child’s progress. Tutors are also the first point of contact for students as they are the staff member that will see them most over the course of the week.

We are really excited to be supporting the students as they approach the final year of their GCSE courses, and look forward to working with you closely as we aim for the best possible outcomes for them all.
