Who are the School Trust
The Acland Burghley School Trust is a registered charity which has been set up to raise funds for extra-curricular opportunities and to improve the school grounds for all of our students. With a regular gift through a standing order or even a one-off donation, you can help us say yes to more performing arts productions, yes to inspiring guest speakers and class trips and yes to improved sports facilities.
Our current priority is the ambitious Hall for All project, which will see our unique Assembly Hall restored to an arts, heritage and community space.

Sam has lived in the area for 20 years, and has been involved with many local initiatives aiming to make it a better place to live, work and play.
Co-founder of local bicycle repair shop ‘Lunar Cycles’, and now with his work as a cycling instructor and cycling campaigner, Sam helps to implement cycling, by training people to have the skills to cycle competently and to provide the new cycle lanes and associated infrastructure.
Sam has worked with ‘Camden Air Action’, to gather data on air pollution, resulting in the timed road closures (to motor vehicles) adjacent to Acland Burghley.
Sam also takes an interest in public spaces, street design and Architecture, especially Acland Burghley School’s buildings and grounds, where his child studies.
