Parent Governor vacancy

Acland Burghley’s governing board plays a vital role in supporting the school to be the best, fairest and most inclusive learning environment for all our
young people.

We currently have a vacancy for a new Parent Governor to join the governing
board and help us review progress and constructively challenge school
decision making.

The Parent Governor position is open to all parents, and we are particularly
keen to engage parents from different backgrounds (professional or personal)
who can bring different ways of thinking. You don’t have to have particular
skills or qualifications to be a governor – just a passion for the school and
your child’s education, and a wish to make it even better!

organise a time to speak over the phone or in person.

Completed nomination forms must be returned to the box in the school
reception by 4pm on on Wednesday 5 March 2025. If you would prefer to
nominate by post, please either post this form to the school addressed for the
attention of Kat Miller or scan and email it to
kmiller@aclandburghley.camden.sch.uk.
